I used to have two UOB cards, One and now the new Vox. After cancelling the One card, I can no doubt accessing the Vox details, but unable to view the e-statement.

Calling SC is a nightmare for UOB.  No one seems to pickup the phone.  So I just email to servicecentre email, but after 3 days, still no reply.

Yeah, others also facing the same problem. I don't have issues calling them but I didn't call often. Usually in the evening, calls were picked up instantly.

For EPP yes there is an handling fee, but you can swipe anywhere, but for instalment plan, although it is 0%, it is available at UOB merchants only.

2% handling fee (6months) is 1 time only right?
Lets say for example, RM2,000 for 6months, then I only need to pay total up to RM2,040?

I have received my July statement and I just checked back, it seems I have stopped receiving 0.3% cash back since April statement. I did receive once in Feb for RM 2.21 and March RM 5.70. Then, I did a rough calculation for all my spending from April to July statement still haven't reached RM 5 (after 0.3%). So, probably I will have to wait for few more months to see it appearing again. laugh.gif

But again, I did receive my cash back in Feb even below RM 5. tongue.gif

Early this month, my Uobpayonline scheduled payment to Unifi unsuccessful.

Just got email notification.

Meanwhile checked with @TMConnects in Twitter:

payment using UOB online will receive in 1 transaction day + 1 working day

payment already reflected on 8th July (transaction day) + 1 working day (11 July ) so tmr 12 July reached at TM account???

Yesterday 13 July I received call from TM informing the payment is updated.

Was wondering where you get that 1% figure laugh.gif

Coz if it's 1%, I don't mind letting the bank earn 1% while i divest my money elsewhere to generate more than 1% laugh.gif

USD 1 is the pre-authorized amount. You do get it for Google Play Store, Apple Store and all. Not to worry, the amount will not be charged on your statement later.

Agree, unless UOB got some promo like pay 11 months installment instead of 12, then still ok.
