i'll be getting 2 cards , VOX and ONE CARD . how would you usually divide in terms of bill to maximize cash back? do you see 1 by 1 and decide which card to pay with?

example

let's say petrol - ONE CARD will be better right?
umobile - VOX better?

etc etc . Like this?

And another question, do you have to pay bills via UOB online site to be eligble? or i can just go umobile website and pay from there?

I don't have UOB One Card, so I don't want to comment on that. I know it has AF and some managed to waive while some donn't.

U Mobile, yes VOX better. If you refer to the list TS compiled on first page, it does say U Mobile via website is also entitled. Check out the list.

I found that Paypal is eligible for cashback, which mean as long the ECommerce website support PayPal, then we can get cashback?

Good thing about this card is it doesn't have cross border charges like CIMB.

you can use your vox card to pay off aeon credit card statements, while earning 5% of rebates but you do need to pay 2% administration fee for such service to posonline, mean you are getting additional 3% cash back for ALL your aeon credit card usage

AEON BiG or AEON Gold also not bad. Check out their respective threads. smile.gif
Nonetheless, PosOnline seems to have issue with AEON payments lately, so gotta have some luck with this.

So, essentially means we get 5% for shopping at Aeon Big, then on top of that 3% for the cashback from the online payment?

Yes. You don't necessary spend it on shopping in AEON BiG, can spend on anything then just pay back via PosOnline using VOX, CIMB CR or PBB VS.
Actually nett cash back for VOX is 3.3%. It has additional 0.3%.

When I receive the newly-approved UOB VOX Card in any UOB Bank, I should perform the following:

1. Set desired statement date.
2. Subscribe to e-Statement (and cancel hardcopy statement sent via post).
3. Set SMS transaction limit.
4. Ensure that TAC is sent to my handphone.
5. Setup the pin number for the credit card.
6. Setup access to UOB Internet Banking website (https://www.uob.com.my/uob/index.jsp), so that I can view credit card transaction, and pay credit card bill.

Is there anything else I should do as well?

Thanks for the advice. smile.gif

uob vox online cashback 5%
uob vox retail cashback 0.3% (including transactions from online)
uob vox via posonline 2% convenience fee (posonline charge you 2% for using cc)

so, nett cb about 5+0.3-2=3.3%
