So experience from others tells, it is based on statement cycle. Don't trust the CS so much, some said statement while some said calendar month. laugh.gif

Anyone facing problem paying TNB bills using UOB payonline ? Encountered the following error message before even key in the credit card:

TNB bill payment service is temporary not available

Though first page shows the following payment by BOX entitled for 5 % cash rebate, there were some posts recently mentioned some not receiving cash back:

1. DBKL assessment payment via Uob payonline
2. MBPJ assessment payment via Uob payonline

Any latest confirmation on 5% cash rebate entitlement?

Also, does each of the transactions or cumulative transactions have to be above RM50 for cash rebate ?

Anyone managed to get 5% cash rebate from Mpsj assessment bill payment via Mpsj website/portal? Need to make payment via Mpsj portal to get official receipt, as UOB payonline does not have official receipt

How you get 4%? T & C mentioned as follows:
a) 6% Cash Back on Online Spending on all days (“Online Spend”); and
b) 3% Cash Back on Dining Spend on all days (“Dining Spend”).
