today morning since 1.30am internet down, kali pertama call kata takda masalah ask ownself troubleshoot

call again baru kata ada internet downtime whole malaysia... pukul 5.30am this morning baru recover.

the way telcos work is, they may have Corrective Maintenance window. this is unplanned rectification activity.

at least 2nd time u call, they admit have problem.. unlike 1 telco CS won't admit their network have issues & ask us do that bloody troubleshoot bruce.gif

eh sama jugak.. kali pertama internet down, they ask to do troubleshootl.... after 2.40am den internet recover

ini kali kedua call terus apologise kata they just being informed that internet down whole malaysia

although I having problems with the internet downtime and some area roaming with maxis, so far all is good for me smile.gif

the CS thinks we suka suka call them.. heloo if have serious problem only we call okay.

troubleshoot we can do ownself without they telling us flex.gif

CS used to having clueless customer calling in. Try and work in call support and see what sort of funny q you get, that's why they always must start with basics.

Actually today morning 7.30am still got internet issue. Open forum which require little data also got issue. So them saying recover at 5.30am is lies.

Hi,

I will be travel to Taiwan next month and plan to use the U Mobile RM10/day roaming.

Just want to know is there any minimum balance requirement to use the roaming service overseas ?

If my credit balance is RM50 can I use it to purchase the RM10/day roaming pass over 5 days there ?

Do I need to send out any sms to purchase the data pass before I turn on the mobile data? Or it is it will be auto under RM10/day roaming data pass once I turn on the Mobile data at Taiwan ?
