hi...i want to ask...

im currently using u28 postpaid.
I'd like to upgrade to p70 hero plan.

Question: how to do it?

Apparently the service center in my area, the boss went out, and the employee don't know how to do it.

I'd like to ask if there's any alternative.

Thank you  icon_question.gif  smile.gif

what kind of service centre is that? sweat.gif

Sorry to hear of your situation...

Come to think of it, it's actually the exact business model with AirAsia..if you do what you have to do, you'll enjoy it...but if there is any hint of expectation, then you'll be truly disappointed...

There was once with AA, i needed a pen to fill the arrival card. All AA steward/stewardess will not have pen for you to borrow. Instead, you need to buy it from them.  mega_shok.gif

UM helpline 1318 from U number

I think iPhone LTE activation more complicated than other device. This is Apple thing.
*
not surprised. before the launch of iphone 6/6s, Apple sent technical requirement to the telcos, which they must adhered to. smile.gif

normally it's quite different from other phone manufacturers.

so you're saying non-Apple phone manufactures share the common technical requirements? 1 for all companies?  hmm.gif
*
not quite. in other words, it's extra requirement by Apple. Other manufacturers just stick to standard value recommended by 3GPP.

So the telco's device team has to inform the network planning to configure the required parameter.

For example, Apple request the DRX value to be 40ms. This value is related to signaling during ur phone inactivity/idle. It is to prolong the battery life.

On the network-side, this is why iphone has good battery life, apart from user-side efforts. (kill apps which we dont use).

Hope this explains. smile.gif
