today morning since 1.30am internet down, kali pertama call kata takda masalah ask ownself troubleshoot

call again baru kata ada internet downtime whole malaysia... pukul 5.30am this morning baru recover.

Hi guys, just got a new phone, need to change the old SIM card to nano sim. What is the easiest way to do this? Must visit center ah?

i visited berjaya times sq last month and they said they don't have stock for nano... 

I think UMobile is doing maintenance..
the speed really sucks big time now

They define wrong as network tower down or backbone fiber cut. Congestion is never a "wrong" to them 

i got insider info before it even appear on umobile app.

not sure.  better check the T&C got redemption period or not.

they share target, commissions, new plans only (mostly on postpaid),  customers' related services sometimes we figure out ourselves haha, like the Game Onz,

and not every dealer entitled to go ( and some entitled also not going )  so u can expect how blur and low skills dealers are who promoting umobile products
