i managed to get data roaming in Singapore and its so easy.
it just seamlessly excahnge to StarHub after they charge RM 10 to my prepaid account.
And I get Unlimited for a day.

save my life since I was in an emergency condition at the boarder and no way i can get hold of a Singapore telco sim card yet.

Dear all,

I am new to U mobile. I am considering getting the power prepaid, and is wondering if there is any way to top up just 1 or 2 RM each time?

Thanks for your help in advance smile.gif

If you are at the borders of both Malaysia and Singapore, you could still get local network coverage.

Mind you, it's not a 'true' unlimited, it's 500mb only. After that, being throttled to the max.

Ok, just ported from celcom postpaid to the umobile power prepaid.

Recently celcom's coverage in certain areas in shah alam is horrible. Tested this prepaid card yesterday and got full 5 bars all day long, impressive. Topup RM10 to get the 1gb high speed and tested it, better than celcom.

So, earlier this morning successfully ported. If I came from celcom's Basic38 (3gb/month) plan, which plan u guys think it's worth to change to? Currently, I'm trying out the UMI25..

What I like about this is the MyUMobile app, the interface is so straightforward and easy to get things done eg topup, check balance, etc..

i'm not sure if it's 500MB or 1GB...
But I managed to stream FB live for 6 videos (long videos) for 2 days, upload a lot of pictures during my events to FB, Instagram and Twitter...
is "impressive" enough for me... it's the same experiences I get when I went to Bangkok and using TRU Move HD sim card...

Better than Maxis anytime.
