anyone know u mobile dynamic public ip can do port forwarding or not? i have setup all possibility on router and phone using port forward apps but still unable to open the port 8000. If anyone else successful on port forwarding on selected ports, please do share with us. I have email U Mobile about but till now not yet reply to me.

u mobile has made improvement at urban area as last time i travel to paka i only can get roaming maxis 3G, but now i can connect constantly on u mobile 3G.

i think they will revise the RM98 plan as webe is going to destroy the market with RM79/month for TM/P1 users... Hopefully they make everything unlimited with P70, even though they might limit the speed at 2Mbps or 4Mbps, that's very much enough to download loads of stuff~

Hopefully they will revise again because they didn't see that coming (webe RM79 unlimited stuff), cos now there is no "Buy Now" button next to it.
I also notice that the Unlimited Video ONZ for P70 will be limited to 7GB after 31 July 2016...
But another 7 channels made available as well~

I'm doing it with using a phone as my home phone, wifi hotspot to wifi repeater, then the wifi repeater connect to the main wifi router through lan, in this way i can still freely use my phone to call out while i'm still able to surf net with others (don't use LTE as when incoming or outgoing calls, you will lose the data connection)

Port your celcom sup number to u mobile main number 1st, then port your celcom main number to u mobile sup number or main number if this is not allow, then only convert your previous u mobile number to your sup number.

if P70 15GB is more than enough for you, don't change to P98 first, because when webe come out with RM79/month for TM/P1 users for everything unlimited, sure P98 is a scrap plan, they will either upgrade P70 or come out with P78~

But i don't dare to subscribe Yes because their plan got 24 months contract and need to pay the full 24 months before you can terminate your line if you are not satisfied... Unlike P1 is just one time fee RM200 and nothing from U Mobile~

i'm not sure with the new LTE plan, but as i know the postpaid plan is combined LTE + broadband and if you get the free device from broadband plan, sure you will have the 24 months contract period.

u are wrong la, i'm using laptop browser to watch youtube with my mobile hotspot and it is consuming only video ONZ~

to clear some people mind that video apps or browser using mobile quota or video onz, u mobile will detect the website that the data is consuming, since youtube is under google, some other apps like google play store or google video are also consuming video onz quota, if you don't believe u can try download stuff from google play store and check your mobile data/video ONZ, observe which 1 is consuming~

try use OS like MIUI, you can check which apps is consuming data all the while and the real time speed as well (like windows task manager). i also found out that recently wechat is consuming high data usage as well and i need to logout to avoid this.

480p is just the quality for smooth streaming at 1.5Mbps or 192KBps (1 Byte = 8 bits), you still can stream at 720p or 1080p or 2160p but must pause for it to download first to have a smooth streaming without buffering~

guys just for sharing, 3G is more better than 4G if you are using U Mobile as your home broadband as incoming/outgoing call will automatically switch the network to 3G if you are in 4G network, thus causing internet interruption... wait until they support VoLTE then only this type of problem won't happening.
