price not a reason to change if no coverage

How can you even put Celcom and Digi ahead of Umobile for Klang Valley?
Digi is 4th for sure.

In Klang Valley Umobile is better than Celcom for sure. No doubt Maxis is the best.

I went from Maxis > Umobile > Celcom > Umobile because Celcom coverage in KV is utter crap based on my Shah Alam, Subang, PJ usage.
At some places even Celcom have no coverage at all. (Not even E) Total blank.

At least with Umobile I can stream youtube at morning for free with no lags. Those who says Celcom is better than Umobile in PJ must be joking. At my house I can get LTE with Umobile and just 3G with Celcom.

RM 70 for 15gb is cheap!

It's 3G only, I think. Of course, SG 3G can be faster than our 4G so you probably didn't notice. Try speedtest and compare with your SG friend 4G speedtest.

P70 is extended to 31st Dec 2017

Do you have "international roaming" activated or not?

I just ported to U mobile and need to be oversea for 2 weeks, if I can;t receive SMS for my bank transaction I will be in big trouble.
Newly ported line can't simply activate the roaming, and need to pay RM300 deposit

Bloody Umobile having roaming issue.

When I was roaming with starhub in Singapore, my data connection was off and was on wifi. Yet I still receive a message saying that I have been charged for RM10 roaming charges. This already happened to me about 10 times already since May this year. Basically it will happen 1-2 times every mth since May this yr. I tried changing my phone ROM and Baseband but still the same!

Today even worse. I was with Umobile data today and suddenly the charging message come in again and I was being charged again!! WTH! I was with Umobile and how the fish I still kena??

I did complaint to customer service and was told that there was a connection establish even though I did not use any data. The bill came to me shows 0.000MB consumption yet still charge me saying the connection was established. I hv no such issue before May this yr when I was roaming in Singapore. I strongly believe umobile network is having problem. When I was roaming in Singapore, the IP address shows Malaysia IP. I believe they are using VPN with starhub.

I also complaint to MCMC and umobile just give me waiver for that particular complaint. That will not solve the problem as it will keep happening.

I seriously consider changing telco even though Umobile has the best package but I can't be keep paying for what I did not use right?

Anyone else having this issue? Maybe we can gather ppl with similar issues and lodge complaint together.
