try calling and wait...long long time.

must complaint about their CS call. it have been ongoing for years. never see any improvement.
queue usually long but can try at Berjaya Time Square, just be there as early as possible.

really can't understand their "Berjaya Group" mentality.

Is it me or everyone? U Mobile's 3G are extremely slow across most area in Klang Valley and almost unusable unless connected to LTE. If this persist, I would consider porting out.

Their service is significantly worse if comparing these few months with earlier this year

I happens to live in area where Digi, Celcom and U Mobile are all congested. Don't want to use Hotlink either , so probably Digi had less congestion

coverage-wise, they are quite slow due to budget constraint.

(insider info), they can only install bout 700+ sites per year. this is projected figure.

their main strategy focus on somewhere else, customer experience & satisfaction, trying to create public perception that Umobile network is the cheapest. well they really do, but this cost them some catch up in terms of radio network infrastructures.

u r right, i cant help improving the network, but still have many other service and i can give better and faster then CS.

of coz that's obvious. for a newcomer, if they invest too heavily on infras, pay huge money to vendors for equipment & services, u wont get the cheap mobile packages like now. there are advantages of being pioneer like the big 3, where during their time the telco industry was not so robust compare to today. 

so new telco need to be smart and offer something different.

there's always a trade-off between the two. but they are expanding despite the slow progress.

if u can bear with it, ok. if not, just port out. we got many choices now.

I only know if it's its own infrastructure, the speed is good even on 3G. But if it is piggybacking on other telco's infrastructure then it is a bit hard to control on Umobile side. It's more on the partnered telco's quality control issue.

i have bad experience using cut sim.. became unusable.

if time allows, recommend u to do it a proper & safe way by changing it to nano sim.

use a proper nano sim cutter cost less than RM10 at ebay won't make ur sim card become uneven surface and stuck in the phone... unless u r using normal scissor/knife with the template download online

if you cut old sim to nano sim before, you should know the base chip is same for mini, micro and nano, only that the surface is different, that's why cutting off some of the edge of micro into nano won't affect the performance

For p70 they removed unlimited video onz. What the flying fuck??!! Now only 7 gb. The change is real.

They are like DiGi last time. Coverage not so good. So need to attract people with promos. You will not see them be so generous once their coverage is the same as the Big Three

i just ported out of maxis to umobile.

i just went from damansara to shah alam then puchong and back damansara...so far the 4G is very spotty all along the ldp....mostly get H/H+ signal.
but at my place in damansara perdana, 4G is fine and speed test shows its 2-3 times faster than maxis... so that's all that matters

If I mnp to umobile can I ask for sim replacement?
Because my current sim is old sim that can do 3g only.
