Hi bro,

Why don't make report to Tribunal for Consumer Claims?
*
Hi bro, the reason I made this post is not to claim anything because the police already help me to settle and he finally exchange it for me. The main reason was to share my experience and warn everyone about this seller for being dishonest, violent and life threatening. Imagine being bullied by two people where all you want was just your money back.

topkek sell car accesories but dunno basic things about reading rim size from the tire.

If more complex things like, ask you what class of SD card your cameras is compatible with, how?

"I sell a lot of things I cannot know everything about my products"?

If dunno then just stick with distribution and don't do retail at all.

And never belittle your customers by impressing upon them your business how big how much turnover and their business is kucimiao to you. Least of all, on a public forum. This just make you look like a bully.

Exactly my point and the worst part he didn't even apologist for his mistakes thinking he is all right.
*
he kept saying you 'agree'...

QUOTE(illuminarias @ May 31 2016, 11:59 PM)
like this only can say "i measure with him. i saw 14" , he also saw 14"

con, then hide behind "human error" and "he also saw the same thing"

the same case with different wheel cover design..
Delon saw it and check and left with it...seems like max didnt even care if Delon has taken the 'wrong' wheel cover...
He 'try' to scam and get success..

No point continue arguing since the TS got his stuff, and the seller got his money as well.

It might be a bad experience for the TS, but through this he knows it is better to do his homework before purchasing anything. Not all sellers are equipped with the basic knowledge which they ought to know, or even worse for some with poor ethics or intention to deceive.

If the intention of TS to open up this thread is to warn other buyers who plan to patronize his shops. I think the aim has been somewhat achieved. The seller did explain his side of the story, and that is up to the readers to believe it or not.

Ultimately both learn something through this experience. TS will do his homework more thoroughly next time, and hopefully the seller will provide a better customer service in the future.

Just take it easy. Have a good rest.

can't really blame TS. he go there. get wrong size, get wrong design. if i were him even if u offered me back the design and size i wanted, i would have demanded for refund because u made me run around one big round because of your mistakes not mine.

Hi there, this is exactly what I have been telling Max here but he was piss because I told him the truth and trouble he cost me. Tell me is that being rude for saying the same thing as you did?

He answered me who the hell I think I am. He does not care whether you are the customer. He told me he is the supplier and he is not my babysitter. Even before I whatsapp him the picture he told me that he did not make any mistake and ask me to send the picture to prove it to him. Where can like this?

Max, how you measure? Diameter of the rim or diameter of rim + tayar? Unless you selling kompang that covers the tayar also, why measure the tayar?

Oh btw, Delon you also abit wrong. As a car owner by law (IINM) you have to check your vehicle before driving, which means to know about/what is in/on/at your car such as normal things like rim size, petrol or diesel, FWD/AWD/RWD, LHD/RHD, while things like EO all that is okay, no need to know.

Max, as a seller you MUST know what you're selling. Takkan old unker don't know about phone go Apple shop ask for iPhone 6S, then seller don't know, just give IPhone 6. Ridiculous ain't it?

Mod wherever you may be, might wanna transfer this tered to Dispute Resolution Corner or just /k also can 😂

EDIT:
Just found out from few friends that RPK and RSM isn't required by law, but still it's common routine if there's ample time.

Yeah I apologize and aware about my mistakes which I should buck up and do more homework about this. I actually knew the rim size was 13 but since he measure 14 and told me to trust him I really thought that the cover size should be 1 more inch extra? I have no idea about rim cover size as mine was pretty stolen which was why I needed to buy them. But either way because I know that I am no expert, I just trust the seller which he claims to sell so many product. You can check with his mudah page.

Ah then you're good on your part. As a seller, he doesn't even know about his product, let alone missing abit of logic if he measured with the tayar. Did he measure it with tayar? 😂

the analogy would be like
i have a headache and meet doctor, doctor check and said this is not headache, but something else. we tend to believe in expert.

yea when buy car we must know the stuff about car here and there, but believe me..percentages doesn't know is higher then know.
