Also based on the master plans & map it seems like IJM own few pieces of industrial lands next to ELITE (very close to Putra Heights) not sure if there will be any plan connecting Rimbayu to Putra Heights in future (maybe 20 years down the road)

The noise is quite disturbing.. sometimes, 1 hour you can hear like 5 planes flying over the area.

if staying nearby SKVE even syok, can hear lorry and truck horn with entertaining music...haha

I pity the people at Swans, Avela, Robin, they basically next to skve. Its loud, i hand no problem for planes on the sky, knew it from the beginning what area im looking into but the noise of SKVE is no joke glad am further away from it.
