new buyers all go for developer new launch , lower downpayment or even 0% DP, MOT SNP Legal fee all free.

the same price actually can get the Chimes, but all ppls go for starling which is smaller built up.

Actually perennia subsales has the best value amongst all terraces in BR. It has two entrances and shared by elevated garden/ground dividing 24 ft & 22 ft. Ceiling heights & natural lighting is great too, just choose those with staircase at the back.

The 10% rebate. PBB want IJM to issue them an official notice that IJM got rebate for this starling project. From buyer point, meaning that we need to pay 10% DP.

Simple math explanation like:
IJM price 100k, rebate 10%, and we got 90% from bank, so we basically no need to put DP.

But PBB stand is:
IJM project 100k, give official notice/b&w got rebate 10%, so the project price now is 90k.
Then bank mortgage 90% max, so is 81k only we will get from bank, we need to pay the 9k DP.

Is the way bank managing their risk as current all project under HOC got this 10% discount where most of the developer mark up and give back the same discount. The bank is worry on the exact value it will fetch in the market in case of any default in loan and they need to lelong the house I guess.

McD usually do extensive research before opening any stand-alone outlets. It means McD says Eco Sanctuary, Rimbayu has many potentials.
