The developer kept pushing us to sign spa, but I rather wait for my loan approval.

Yours 45 x 70 = 3150sqft, 920,000/3150 = 292 per sqft

Cheapest corner in starling phase 4 is 890800 - 10% = 801,720

42 x 60 = 2520sqft, 801,720/2520 = 318 per sqft.

After rough calculations, yours still cheaper.

Me too, EcoWorld Sencilia atas feel, but I cannot afford paying 440 a month to feel atas. Everyone got their own preference.
