The Rimbayu masterplan image is an old image. Now on their webside they don't show the road to the supposed toll plaza in their masterplan but their scale model in their sales gallery still shows it. So, I dunno when it will be completed (if it is indeed going to be done).

Yes, the blue is just a connection from SKVE to WCE with a proposed interchange somewhere in between to get into BR.

Similar to the connecting road of SKVE to ELITE at Bandar Saujana Putra with a roundabout to get into BSP itself.

At the moment, most of rimbayu residents are facing heavy dust issues around their areas because of construction development site everywhere.

I am going to speculate here.

If we look at the initial realigned ERCL map that was distributed on the media , the proposed station is just on the north of Kuala Langat district line. The lines on the map represent each district border in Selangor.
Thus, I am speculating that the proposed station is at where the red star is on the Google map.
(based on the Kuala Langat district border line on Google map).

On the same day, the Selangor Menteri Besar announced that they are in the midst of reviewing approvals of major theme parks construction to be located in Kuala Langat district. He mentioned that these theme parks are located in land in between Kota Kemuning and Sijangkang at Kuala Langat district. Investment worth 15 billion on 800 acres of land.
On the google, the only 800 acres available between Kota Kemuning and Sijangkang is on the Felda land highlighted by the blue star.

If these are true and go ahead as planned. It will be a big deal for the surrounding areas(Southwest Klang Valley).
Suddenly, the low-value agricultural land here will become very valuable.

In a sense, these make sense, we have rail connections that bring loads of tourists from Putrajaya/KLIA to the theme parks. The proposed ERCL station could also be connected in the future to the Johan Setia LRT3 line  and Putra Height LRT lines to close the big Klang Valley LRT circle loop.
The location is well connected by highways e.g. SKVE, WCE, and KESAS which can bring local tourist to these theme parks. The Boustead cruise ship terminal is nearby, which can bring loads of cruise ship tourists to these theme parks.
If these are Disney theme parks eg. Disneyland, Animal kingdoms, Hollywood studio, Epcot center https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destinations/
It will nicely compete and complement the Universal Studio in Singapore.

Prior before, i want to know how's the traffic like during the rush hour. I am working in USJ and my sis is in Bukit Jelutung, Shah Alam. I heard from another agent who told me the road leading to Rimbayu is narrow and in the morning, it will be congested.

I don't know how big is this Bandar Rimbayu. Is it the same as Puchong?

Hi, just heard that Rimbayu is always got land sinking issues and its normal. May i know this is call "normal"? Land sinking is quite serious problems. Not sure whether there is any other phases facing the land sinking issues other than the chimes. But heard that Penduline also got such issues. If its first phase, still consider ok as developer can verify. But Penduline is so many phases. Really got no idea.

Never heard of sinking issues in Penduline, so far anyway. Only know of such issues in Chimes. For TA and ES, also didn’t hear about it but if there are already pics then i guess it’s verified

Alt route from rimbayu is using bdr saujana putra. From bsp enter elite head towards putra heights. Then exit from putra heights towards puchong then immediately enter usj back rd that goes behind usj19 mall. This leads all the way to summit. Good drive only slow on elite @ 5 min fr bsp to ph. Total drive to summit @30 min.

Yeah, i am reconsidering it after i read all the reviews n posts in this forum. Don't want to take the risk because i am buying it for own stay. I supposed to view one of the subsale unit today but i cancelled it partly because of the reviews i read plus my mum is not feeling well.

Perennia is good bargain but the atmosphere of the surrounding environment looks bleak huhu.

SWAN doesnt come with solar panel & rain harvesting system but they replace with smart home 'facility' plus Sorento sink, bowl and tap.

anyone know how much cost for solar panel?  :-)
