That road straigth and direct to Kesas. If upgrade to 2 lane, really alternative to Kesas, can skip KK path.

The blue looks like its not connected to the Canal City? More like just a flyover/connection between SKVE and WCE?

Since construction are still ongoing, the dust issue will be prevalent for the next few years. No way to avoid it, just keep the window close...

If these are true and go ahead as planned. It will be a big deal for the surrounding areas(Southwest Klang Valley).
Suddenly, the low-value agricultural land here will become very valuable.

In a sense, these make sense, we have rail connections that bring loads of tourists from Putrajaya/KLIA to the theme parks. The proposed ERCL station could also be connected in the future to the Johan Setia LRT3 line  and Putra Height LRT lines to close the big Klang Valley LRT circle loop.
The location is well connected by highways e.g. SKVE, WCE, and KESAS which can bring local tourist to these theme parks. The Boustead cruise ship terminal is nearby, which can bring loads of cruise ship tourists to these theme parks.
If these are Disney theme parks eg. Disneyland, Animal kingdoms, Hollywood studio, Epcot center https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destinations/
It will nicely compete and complement the Universal Studio in Singapore.

Just my speculation. Dont know if it will become true or not haha

A Disney is stretching it abit too far...

However, any big themepark like development would be a godsend for that area.

Heck, even an IKEA would be great.

As for Bandar RImbayu, its part of "Canal City" which is made up of Tropicana Aman, EcoSanctuary, Rimbayu, Gamuda 257. Its big but new, so dont expect to move in now and have the same amenities as Puchong

Actually I seen photos of EcoSanctuary (not sure Monterey or Terraza phase) land sinking issues being circulated as well.

Suspect its an issue with the land in Canal City.

I cant comment on Penduline.

But its pretty much certain that ES/TA affected as well. Atleast the earlier phases where ground work were done before the Chimes issue were known...

I can do KK to Summit in 17 min, even at this hour Google Map only shows 24 min..
