In truth the shoplots in BR will VP very very soon. Probably in the coming few weeks. ES and TA shoplots should be VP earliest by the end of this year as well, I think. So there will be quite a big influx of shoplots this year. We'll see how the response is by early next year. Gut feeling tells me it might be lukewarm for some time.

Well the thing is the shoplots are already there. In a way can't say the developers didn't do their job. It's just that F&B businesses don't seem to have much interest in opening at the shoplots there.

Anyway, to answer your question should u consider a place in Rimbayu. Well, take a drive and have a look urself first. Right now, there's only 48 units of shoplots that have been VP for Rimbayu and so far there's Speedmart 99 opened with a clinic, mamak, self-service laundry opening soon. Many more shoplots are going to be completed in the near future (6 months-1 year) with Eco Sanctuary and Tropicana Aman having their own shoplots as well but how soon these will be open for business is a different story. Nearest places to go and find food is either Kota Kemuning (about 15 mins drive) or Bdr Saujana Putra (about 10 mins drive)

p.s Eco Sanctuary will soon complete their neighbourhood mall but so far i didn't hear of the tenant list. Gamuda 257 will have their own neighbourhood mall as well but targeted to open in 2020 only and have some confirmed tenants already.

6-7am that bsp roundabout from rimbayu direction is definitely ok. Those coming from bsp though is a very different story.

Recently, a lot of traffic in the morning from rimbayu direction (probably quite a few residents from KK using that too). If pass by that area around 7.30am, the queue is quite long as well

At that time, traffic on Elite is slow from Putra Heights to Seafield. The interchange to connect to NKVE also slow as there’s high volume of cars. And as usual Damansara toll itself the queue before and after the toll is a nightmare.

All in all, be prepared to drive 45 mins from Rimbayu to the queue at Damansara toll. And probably another 15 mins to clear that queue.
