The thing is whether the SA knows or not what goes on behind the scenes. These kind of decisions to add on are discussed between higher management personnel with business owners along with the architects and other consultants in charge. SA also most likely not allowed to fully confirm or disclose if there's no approval by the local council.

Once get approval, the developer is allowed a timeframe (i forgot whether it's 12 or 24 months) by local council to begin works.

My RM0.02 opinion is maybe there's already an agreement in place between developer and those 2 business owners to build it. Just a matter of when they actually want to build it.

Yeah normal Aeon is good but too bad, I guess the nearest ones are Pyramid, Aeon Mall in Shah Alam or Aeon Mall in Bukit Tinggi.

Lol ok i didn't know the Aeon Big is that bad. Yeah forgot about Hero in KK. The stuff they sell there priced reasonably? Aeon Max is more like Village/Jaya Grocer or more like those normal Aeon supermarkets in terms of the things they sell and the pricing?

Outside because I'm not a resident biggrin.gif But really some rows seem very empty unless of course the owners are out of their homes go jalan jalan elsewhere whenever I pass by that area. Chimes occupancy rate looks better now.

Yeah, definitely too ambitious. Probably were banking on the successes of Chimes and Perennia launches the year before. But 900k for a cluster semi D launched at a time when there was not even 1 single unit in the township completed was really pushing it too far.

I think that's limited corner units that IJM trying to sell off. Last time i remember got 1 of the corner units was already furnished/modified by ID (sort of move-in condition liao) and they are selling that one off too but forgot what's the price.

The bungalow and semi d is just beside BSP already you won’t be able to see from Rimbayu main area. Even the thin stretch running parallel with SKVE is commercial land. That flattened land beside the big roundabout is their main commercial area for the township but i didn’t hear any news about it.

Btw, Swans not much nearer to WCE than Livia is.

On their website say high end waterfront homes only at the portion near to BSP where the lakes are. So assume it will be bungalows. Hahah

I think Rimbayu should bring in time too 😬 simply because it offers higher speeds at relatively the same price. Although i dont know the reliability of their service for landed properties yet
