Seeing a lot of discussion about the traffic in the thread recently. So, here's my take on it. If anyone who wants to get a home in this area, please consider all of the items below: - Where do you usually gravitate to. If your family/relatives/friends/workplace/hangout places are relatively nearby like Kota Kemuning/Putra Heights/Cyberjaya or at the furthest Subang Jaya/Klang, then OK. If further than these places, think twice. - If your workplace does not have flexibility on the time you clock in and out of office in the PJ or KL area, think twice. Because you're going to spend close to 3 hours on the road everyday unless you leave home really early (before 7am) and leave office really late (after 8pm). Not discouraging or scaring anyone but just a tip from someone who's been staying in BR since 2018. It's a nice area to live in and with Quayside Mall, shoplots in the area you don't have to go far for your groceries and makan-makan. Plus, a central park and a SJKC in TA. It's just that the peak hour traffic will take a mental toll on you. And if you hate traffic jams, this is not the place for you, especially if you need to travel to KL/PJ regularly. Not now anyway. Even if there are future plans to connect Rimbayu with G257, still boils down to both developers whether they want to invest the infra works cost at this point in time.
