But you see it from consumer's view. From their view, they are having construction works going on each day along that stretch and won't want the responsibility of any safety mishaps to the public. That stretch to BSP nobody jaga wan. Only got a guard post near BSP. Besides, no commercials running yet for BR so they probably don't see the sense in opening that link to the public just yet at this point in time.

Also, they keep marketing that their place is accessible via KK so might as well just use that access for marketing purposes for now because the public awareness of KK certainly trumps the public awareness of BSP anyway

U mean the other exit to SKVE? Probably no business sense to IJM to construct a stretch of road of a few km just to connect to SKVE when there's an existing one available already. Probably they are waiting for WCE construction to complete also anyway then only connect the township at one go.

Money not much of a problem for a company like theirs. Just a matter of timing and sense for them. Whether make more sense to spend now or later.

Their PSP kinda no choice but to make that interchange because the alternative access really kinda sucks. Lol. A bit similar to Southville City by MS.

Yeah I hope so too. EW & Trop hopefully can bring in some better-known F&B tenants too or some banks for their Somerset and Cheria. G257 at least confirmed a Village(?) Grocer already.

Ah, just checked the article again. It's Jaya Grocer. Hero in KK got already wor maybe that's why GL didn't want to bring them in to G257. Aeon Maxvalu also in KK. Got variety at least within 8km laugh.gif laugh.gif

Yeah, hopefully with shop lots more people move in but that will be mid to late 2018 only when commercial lots start their businesses.

Started paying since last year already. Construction has been ongoing since early last year and I expect the whole of Penduline is going to be completed latest by mid 2018.

Don't know which side of Penduline you bought but 7A1 and 7A2 already billed to stage 2(e). Owners of this side paying more than 1.3k (and above) a month for several months already for progressive interest.

7B1 and 7B2 not far away in terms of work progress so I'm sure the interest owners are paying right now is pretty close to 1k a month.

Clubhouse...should be Q3 2018. I don't expect it to be completed later than that

I think he meant Blossom Drive. The ones which were not sold to public. 48 units if i'm not mistaken. Blossom Square 88 units still constructing first floor with some units still doing ground floor only at the moment.

Nah la, go sunway 25 mins if traffic is good. Anyway that's besides the point. Just syukur ppl willing to open starbucks and wendy's in BR. Hopefully more good news on commercials in the next 12-24 months.

I tried before la bro. It was on a saturday afternoon around 3-4 pm and traffic was good from br all the way to pyramid. No need to exceed 110km/h on kesas also.

Again, it's not the point anyway. As long the commercial areas are active in CC in the coming years, I'm content. Aeon big is already available in bkt rimau too. There's other options for groceries anyway for now like aeon maxvalue and hero in kk so i'm not too fussed about that.
