No need for dock, just copy it to your XDA.

It's just amazing things that these ppl at XDA Developers come out with notworthy.gif

the touchscreen technology used in iphone is called multitouch. basically it is just a name to make it stands out more, sound more better etc.

they named it multitouch because basically 1. you use finger rather than stylus, 2. you can use two fingers esp for the pinch, zoom features etc.

US release only and only from AT&T with a minimum 2 year contract. Apple seems kinda picky and I guess it's because they want to ensure the best product experience possible. Expect europe release early next year. Don't know when it's gonna get here tho.

Btw pricing's bout $500- which actually comes to a high end N series phone. And the N-series is waaay out of the iPhone's league

we'll probably get some imports here in Malaysia (once they figure out how to remove sim lock tongue.gif) for around RM 2000 because i think the price is actually more around $600 US...

Well depends how desperate you are really tongue.gif get a 2 year contract and bring back the phone when she comes back lol.. not only is it gonna be an expensive affair paying bills for 2 years and on top of that you also gonna have crack your head on how to get the sim lock off hehe and if I'm not mistaken i read somewhere that iPhones in the US market ONLY supports the US gsm band- not really sure bout that. If the phone is still useable without the simcard, hey least you'd be the only one in Malaysia with a touch-screen 8gb iPod which can surf the net biggrin.gif

with a price of US$499 for the 4 GB model and US$599 for the 8 GB model, based on a two-year service contract. Apple has also announced plans to make the iPhone available in Europe and Japan at a later date.
QUOTE
Apple received FCC approval for the iPhone on May 17, 2007. Jobs announced that the iPhone will first be available in late June 2007 in the U.S., during the fourth quarter 2007 in Europe, and in 2008 for Asia, Mexico and probably the rest of Latin America.
