they lay out will be different abit .
i dont think it will be non-user friendly . for the OSX , u have to try it for 1 week to know that it is easy to use . ...

when u get used to it , then it is user friendly .
nokia user wll say SE susah , SE will say nokia susah . once u get used , easy for both .

I mean the 'How To Use OSX' . It's so easy to use till there's no full manual for that. But the Help menu feature inside is very useful for guidance.

i think he's trying to say that it doesn't come with a HARDCOPY manual.
they are all online..
and to go online, u need a PC... which is also needed to do anything and everything that is related to your iphone.

Dude, what I'm trying to express is the OSX is user-friendly and there are no manual in the package on how to use it, KeonG118 mentioned that wether this iPhone will be easy to use or not since it's based on OSX too. Hope you get what I mean though.

Added on June 6, 2007, 12:55 amIf OSX on computer platform is easy and user friendly, iPhone will be a piece of cake to understand and use the GUI easily.

The iPhone aside, a switcher from Windows to OS X will almost definitely benefit from having a manual. It's a paradigm shift for most people so let's not scare people away from the benefits of OS X by looking down on people asking for manuals to unlearn their Windows behaviors.

Personally I suggest some of the Missing Manuals series.

I don't see iPhone as a GPS phone. It's more of the power application: Google Maps that makes it look like a GPS functioning phone.

iMac, iBook, iPod, iLife, iTunes, iWork, iPhone and much more. What's with all the i's, it's more like Apple's labeling to their product to make it sounds interesting.
