QUOTE(voncrane @ Apr 9 2017, 06:58 AM) Yes, you can update via the Play Store and won't lose your addons or their settings.. That's how I went about mine. Of course, you have to backup your current Jarvis installation + apk, in case you have to revert. I'm able to get DD passthrough on Krypton and the audio - video sync I suffered with 17.0 is nonexistent on 17.1. Knocks on wood. That's what I thought actually. Try to upgrade first and if it is acting up, I will start from scratch. Yeah, no worries I have Jarvis apk. Thanks for the tips! Note: If after the upgrade, Kodi refuses to launch and simply crashes all the time. You may want to delete the guisettings.xml, advancedsettings.xml (I had to do this for my installation...also deleted a conflicting addonsdb file.. Forgotten the exact file name) and confirm that the addons (especially skins) from Jarvis are confirmed compatible with Krypton. Otherwise, you'd have to go manually delete the offending addon or files, etc. You should only do this if you have intimate knowledge of your system and Kodi installation. Else, backup Jarvis.. Uninstall, install Krypton as new and setup from scratch. Might be easier than going through a troubleshooting process like I did. |

Anyone using Trakt for managing watched show and/or add as collection?
it doesnt update at the other machine if i watched any shows in 1 device another device doesnt show as watched. Already noticed this prob since like Kodi v13 ?? that time still with Genesis. I doubt its account prob as my mom-in-law also same prob Any other better (freeware) option to use? This post has been edited by WaCKy-Angel: Apr 9 2017, 05:51 PM |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 9 2017, 01:17 PM) SPMC is what Jarvis for Android should have been in the first place.. Can't blame the Kodi devs, as they have been asking for dedicated Android devs to come on board to make it better.. But so far, not so much success.. However, I can confirm that 17.1 is better and has been pretty smooth so far with my needs. Device dependent of course.. YMMV.. |

QUOTE(WaCKy-Angel @ Apr 9 2017, 05:50 PM) Anyone using Trakt for managing watched show and/or add as collection? Hmm, awhile back, I read about managing Kodi libraries across multiple devices.. I don't remember it being via Trakt. More through native means.. So Google a bit and try it.it doesnt update at the other machine if i watched any shows in 1 device another device doesnt show as watched. Already noticed this prob since like Kodi v13 ?? that time still with Genesis. I doubt its account prob as my mom-in-law also same prob Any other better (freeware) option to use? |

QUOTE(^pomen_GTR^ @ Apr 10 2017, 12:13 PM) i didnt quite understand how quasar works... think u haven't got quasar burst working right.like we select the tittle we want to watch, then select option to magnetize, then they will autosearch the torrent rite? but seems like now downloading/ no downloading progress.... check if it's current working version of quasar - it comes with quasar burst. with burst, it is auto - once u select the title, all links will be proposed to u. u select one and u will see the data info box. |
