Yeah just installed Genesis Reborn yesterday, but haven't had time to test it out yet. Maybe this evening. And was reading through from page 130+ onwards, hence knowing a little. Thanks! Was also reading on Quasar, since you guys said the quality was significantly better (but based on seeds).
I have Autoplay setup, but the thing is it cycled until 20+ and then just stopped? I think it gave up  biggrin.gif
Anyhow, to install the Jarvis fork, I need to first uninstall right? I can only do that on the weekends, do weekdays habis wifu  vmad.gif cannot watch her tv series.

Yeah I was able to live without real debrid for a while, looks like might have to consider now. Any debrids to recommend with good price/performance?

Might need to eventually get a 5.1 Box though  hmm.gif

Ah.. I see.. Yes, home ministers are powerful like that.. tongue.gif .. As you've noticed, Quasar is good at what it does but since it depends on a healthy seeding ratio, only the most popular and or recent files are easily playable (majority of the time). Other times, then fall back on instant streaming addons which stream the content directly off the host server(s). Unfortunately, these addons do not have vast resources, companies like Netflix, Hulu, etc whereby powerful servers host content all over the world. So have to live with the downsides. Always have backups and hopefully one has the content one seeks. smile.gif

As for upgrading your current box. I'd advise that you hold off and see what happens in the coming months. Especially, if budget conscious and reliant on Kodi. You know, let this whole Krypton and above compatibility issues get sorted out properly and trickle down to cheaper boxes. Of course, if budget isn't a concern, just getting an Nvidia Shield TV Box 2 will do. It's guaranteed compatibility, superior performance and firmware updates.

As before... No such thing as "magnetize the title option" in order to use Quasar.. I'm sorry, but you'd know that if you checked out the links on page one of this thread or did a simple video search on YouTube about installing and using Quasar.. Goes like this..
*Install latest Quasar addon.. Usually this also prompts to install the Quasar Burst addon too. Else, install that.
*Go into the the settings of the Burst addon (under programs), choose about 3 popular providers and configure the rest as you want.
*Go into the Quasar addon (under Video addons) settings and configure as desired as well.
*Enable some remote control access in Kodi's main settings area.
*Completely exit Kodi to save properly and launch again.
*Wait for Quasar to autorun in the background and caches to warm up. Only a few seconds from launch.
*Launch Quasar addon... Search or select content... Choose the best seeder/peers ratio.
*Profit!!
I do too.. Previously been using SPMC.. But for the past week or so, forced myself to use just Krypton, testing it thoroughly in the process.. It held up..  biggrin.gif
Same here... I occasionally load a personalized Amber skin.. However, still find myself drawn back to the Estuary skin.. Very smooth and intuitive. thumbup.gif

how much space is it occupying now?

kodi 17.0 or 17.1 is 85mb.

i have quasar, ic drama, sanctuary, genesis reborn, phoenix, adriansports, sportsdevil... + utilities... total about 400mb.

that's not too bad.

check indigo/maintenance, clear thumbnails!

that is strange... i hv never seen that "magnetizer"!

quasar burst default does not ask u to select provider... it will just go through all included providers, auto propose links found. go inside burst and check the configuration.

the 2 u tried.. one has zero seeds n peers, will not work. the other looks fine but still not working. hv seen this before... sometimes, it takes a few seconds for it to work. possible your paths have not been set correctly. again, check configuration.

also, check yr versions:

quasar 0.9.76
quasar burst 0.5.10

You are doing it all wrong.. At this point, it appears you weren't the one who setup the Kodi installation or are running a build and have no idea what's installed and how it's being updated.. So to avoid going back and forth.. Just completely uninstall Kodi, check folders using a file explorer to make sure all related folders are deleted. Restart your device, download Kodi afresh from either the official website of through the android store. Then setup from scratch following the steps I outlined in my previous post. I can guarantee that doing this will yield better results. The Quasar addon works with the Burst addon and nothing else... nothing to magnetize, bla bla.. Library integration is supported but that's a tutorial for another day.. Get thy house in order first..

and if i end-up with clean install, it would took me dunnow how many nights to re-organize and re-favourite all of those channel/series again... rclxub.gif

but housekeeping definately would help organizing the kodi add-on better... removing all unused and obselete addon...

Did use the free mode ... Then they came up with the premium model and started throttling/kicking folks out.. Waited awhile to see if it's just a fad.. Looks like it's not.. Pulled the trigger recently on premium and not regretting it at all.. Smooth almost instant playback and switching.. Mostly 720p and 1080p.. Zero buffering.. About 80% of the channel icons are present (makes it prettier tongue.gif ).. EPG started great, but currently not so "filled" out. Work in progress and should be sorted out soon... So, have to say.. they are the best ever. As usual, use till it drops!.. biggrin.gif

That there be the problem... Must keep track of what goes in and when.. At most, a few really great addons are enough.. Don't need to install all suggestions. biggrin.gif ..Quasar moved from using unofficial sources and magnetic providers months ago. So they all went dead.

kodi++ is usually the one hogging storage.

go into the org.xbmc.kodi folders and files, incl hidden... u will find the big one - thumbnails... which can eat up to 500mb! biggrin.gif

Just to add to what others have already mentioned..

Install the Jarvis fork... It's basically the same thing, except with the SSL V2 fix included.. Also, Exodus supports autoplay feature... Select that and it'll cycle thru the available links till one plays.. Lastly, real debrid (premium) is a thing.
*
Which Jarvis fork did you install?

HI, I've updated the first page with the links.. Download according to hardware.. Personally, I'm running Lollipop and V17.1.. So don't need the fork. It's for those stuck on 4.4.
