Yes i did clean upadate n i just reinstall kodi, now d back n mouse button no response n del button works as back function, guess i will just settle with it, thx again

As long as the hardware remote is compatible with the device and doesn't work with Kodi.. Kodi allows custom keymapping. Where you can get the button codes and tell it what to do. Alternative, would be getting a different remote entirely.

this is very strange.

i hv been using q10pro android7 for 3 months with kodi17.0, 17.1, nothing of that sort.

once u clean install firmware and reinstall all apps, it should be fine.

i suggest u contact yr seller... maybe faulty remote.

or somehow u did something incorrect with firmware update, gone haywire.

or u hv some other device interfering with it.

i am sure it is not a kodi problem... u should get help from seller or other users.
