Im new to this Kodi. Im trying to add the addon using the guide. Quasar. But after a few steps, it prompted "no available json-rpc connection to Kodi".

Ive tried to google for solution but seems like the solution is not getting me anywhere.

Click on the “Remote control” tab and enable both “Allow remote control by programs on this system” and “Allow remote control by programs on other systems”.
Restart Kodi.

4k is a wet dream for most.
those 100% free ones are now mostly reduced to 1080p.
to get 4k, u gotta have good VPN or realdebrid account... $$$.

u can get skynews on youtube, be it in kodi or youtube app.

and quasar cant filter movies by year
exodus can filter by year so i can browse around which 2016 movies i havent watched.

some buttons of my box remote not working or slow response after upgraded to kodi 17, luckily i hav 1 extra minix remote. i m using himedia q10pro n just updated to android 7, box remote work flawlessly on other apps except kodi, any idea guys?

1. Check the batteries.. Swap out with new ones.
2. Check to see if a custom keymap.xml is present or required.. Create or edit accordingly.

But possible if u kept kodi and then updated android to 7.

Android 7 update needs a total clean install.

Try erasing all kodi and reinstall.

U may also want to ask in the himedia thread n see if other q10pro users have same problem.
