Bought a box recently and the seller put in a lot of add-ons for me which I think some may be redundant for me. I will check out first page to see which add-ons suit me and gradually delete those don't interest me.

Though the box comes with internal 32GB, I cannot simply waste it.

Anyway, I have a question regarding YouTube add-on, I can't play anything beyond 720p. The box is capable to play 4K though I haven't tried before. So, in the end I sideloaded YouTube apk and I can play full HD now. Is the add-on cannot go beyond HD? Or did I miss any step?

that's a lot of storage. if yr broadband speed is good enough, u will enjoy quasar addon for vod which will require the storage.
this addon is a bit more complicated than usual so, do google and watch the youtube videos for details.

youtube - yes, only the right standalone apk can get u 1080p.
note there is alos an apk that will get u 720p only, like in kodi.

Yes, speed is not really an issue. I'm using UniFi 30M in my PJ house and back to hometown, I'm using Celcom corporate line as hotspot which paid by company, can buy quota all I like/need. Can reach close to 100M here.

Yes, the Kodi YouTube addon will only output a max res of 720p. Unfortunately, such is here to stay till circumstances change.

Yes, for me these two are mandatory for me - Icdrama and Azdrama. Sometimes Azdrama is down then Icdrama comes as backup. The rest just comes as bonus. I finally can watch movies without having storage issue.
I will remove YouTube add-on then.

kodi "full set up" is not worth much. kodi is a more of a free DIY app, needs regular maintenance on yr own.
