Because after numerous times of "attempting to unlock" during your sleep, it will auto disable as it treated it as a wrong passcode, just like how passcode will disable for few seconds or minutes when numerous of wrong passcode insert.

Noob question again, I just got my RN3 from ITRONIC. Seems like everything is good so far (24 hour usage). I read about flash to global ROM etc. Is it necessary to flash? If I maintain current condition is it ok?

To flash is solely depending on individual's choice. If you think the current state of your device cannot satisfy your needs (ie performance, bloatware issue, etc). Go ahead and flash. But be sure you get the proper guideline before you flash to avoid getting it bricked.

Depends. If the rom is clean stock official global stock, then it's fine. But if it's vendor rom, I still suggest you to flash to Global ROM. You don't know what those ads or malware or hidden apps installed to you.

I got mine 2 days ago too, I would suggest to flash it since it's installed with vendor ROM, which you'll always have adware prompt out at the back (though for some it's tolerable), but the worse part is you won't able to get the latest official update like standard global or china ROM.

It is vendor ven ROM. Why need to pick up yourselve? Gem5 will arrange delivery withing 2 days time. Mine ordered on Sun nigh, deliverer on Tue morning (within Selangor).

Try read few pages back in this forum and there's a link share about the flashing way.
I successfully flashed it yesterday night, if everything follow the guideline, it takes less than 30mins to do it.
Well, they do have one forumer posted few pages earlier claiming that he can do the flashing with RM30 charge. It's up to you.

Not exactly bulky la, but normal standard casing will do. I am using standard cover for my RN3, transparent hard back cover, no issue.
