Well , I did tried use original unzip file name, parked in desktop, c and d Drive but all fail.

Hi guys, I'm torn between mi max and redmi note 3. But finally i guess i'm settling down to redmi note 3.worry mi max too big.haha

Question is . Is it worth getting AP set compared to Local MY set? Any sellers i can directly get it from through COD in KL or better use discount codes and buy from gemfive or 11th street?

Well ,my laptop is company one, but I think I have admin rights, maybe I'll need to borrow another notebook to try if still fail.

waze? stable but sometime force close sudddenly for unknown reason

Go tis link http://en.miui.com/a-234.html , download "Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Latest Global Stable Version Fastboot File Download" . No need rename as tis is in tgz , juz unzip with winzip/winrar and use miflash browse to the location whr u unzip

Yup, I did download the ROM from this link.
Some mean if it's download here, no need to rename the file to .tgz, right?
Then maybe that can be the problem cause I rename it before unzip through winrar.
However, I still can't download the 2016 or the latest beta ver miflash, the current version I'm using is 2015 and the selection bars at the bottom still no description display. Not sure my miflash is correct to use or not.

* Ok, I got 2016 Miflash downloaded and installed, but the bottom bars still without description, think should not be an issue to proceed, right? Important is to choose the first left selection that denote to "Flash all"

Well,i guess it's still tolerable.My galaxy note does that from time to time.GPS not stable,sometimes my location ends up in the middle of a lake.

One question, do I need to uninstall the previous version then only install the newer one? Guess there's no uninstall option for MiFlash, right?

kw juz gv it 1 more try to flash with MiFlash v 20160401 , not sure why urs dont hv desc at bottom bars , i dl mine from tis http://xiaomitips.com/getfile/1474/ . No need uninstall old 1 , it will juz overwrite

waze is running fine. but sometime, it got disconnected and lost gps when u lock the phone

Fix bugs.

no setting to snap with fingerprint. even i haven't register that fingerprint, also can

never had this issue.
maybe u can scroll down the notification bar and see what it said
