High ceiling mean bigger windows area, higher green house effect and higher room temperature. All else equal, electric bill is proportionate to room volume.

Those appreciate high ceiling also appreciate high electricity bill.

Sometimes it is not about the taste. It is about the point the person want to make. Anyhow, anyone will appreciate the high ceiling for their own house.

Similarly, those drive range Rover also appreciate the upkeep of the vehicle.

Wonder what is ceiling height in the bedroom on mezzanine floor? It seem couldn't install ceiling fan and a tall person could touch the ceiling. An idea bedroom for those who have astrophobia or kenophobia.

in ED the owner will install this mini ceiling fan

no changes so far. electricity tariff follow TNB commercial rate. in fact the electricity tariff has been lowered from the original rate which was higher than TNB commercial rate. many raged at Empire until they've no choice but to lower it.

It seems the success of meh bonds issue is critical to their going concern.

jus wondering...will investors willing to put their money into meh which has going concern problem?

If they find the right investment bank and willing to pay for the fees, bonds could be fully subscribed.

I think the bond is secured against assets most likely to be their empire subang gallery.

Then again if you are bond holder, do you want to go thru endless rounds of restructuring if the company miss the coupon payment or cant pay when come to bond maturity. No play play for those who need to keep going to bond holders/creditors meetings.

subang is going to be sold, what else need to be secured?
