Just got my letter of VP from Empire.
My unit is Block M, Soho Duplex.
Rm 5k++ is charged for sinking funds , maintenance funds , deposits and etc.
I have called to Empire office and the reply is they will calculate the LAD amount and offset the RM 5k later. Thus i dont have to pay any single cent yet.

the weird part is CCC is havent approved by the authority yet they issue VP to us.

any others purchasers received the VP letter?

Hi, I also just got the letter on Tuesday 16th Aug.
Outstanding 6k++ for Maint fee + sinking fund + gst from 27th Aug/2016 until 27th Nov 2016, Quit rent & Access Tax for Q2 this year.
Already called them & they only can provide LAD by next Mon.
But I also asked about VP without CCC. They said will come back soon.

Any ideas?

BTW mine is Soho Block M

Use ladder my friend, but the top part won't get dirty very often, so not to worry so much. Tho those who appreciate design of high ceiling I can tell you they don't mind. Is about taste, If you ask me I think is very nicely done.

cleaning windows should not be any issue as we have extendable bar, but changing the curtain will be a headache, 10' ladder also cannot reach that height, maybe needs a scaffolding

Changing curtain is minor if compare with appreciation of high ceiling.
