Earlier on there was a forumer like you who failed to get his redmi note 3 as promised due to our warehouse issue. If no ready stock, don't say got ready stock. Else you're a liar and conman.

I believe that forumer you mentioned is the one doing COD? Since it's COD you have no choice but to settle his case immediately, unlike us who do postage that gave you the chance to treat us like a fool.

Patience only for valid reason. If you don't have ready stock and tell the buyer you have, and end up let the buyer wait for 2 weeks, then again it's your fault because you're a liar. So buyer have all the right to file 1 or 10 police report against you and call you a scammer.

There's no moral of this story except for how a conman, a scammer, a liar, an irresponsible seller try his best to bring the victim around the garden hoping to confuse him. Also is it because the market outside is bad that's why you start to con people? Overcharge is one thing, but if you overcharge and did not deliver on time or deliver the right thing then you're a scammer.

Your refund process policy is never explained to your customer prior to the purchase. Also I though is 7 days? Now it extend to 14 days? Is that due to bad economy?

The way you solve my issue is horrible enough that until now still not resolve.

Lol what an idiot. Acting like he has a company or sort, delaying refund and redirecting you to his so called Michael. Even big companies doesn't take this long to refund. Now I see that he has regained his dispute tag, he can say bye bye to his business already.

Bro no need to go soft on him. Lodge a police report and file a tribunal case. I'm sure you are not the first person to get this kind of treatment from him. He deserves to get his name tainted for the rest of his life.

Even banks does not take this long to refund from any transactions process and banks are one of the worst in terms of duration when it comes to reversal of payment process. I suggest the buyer keep up with the police report until a full refund have been received, this suntzulee is obviously trying to screw around.

His motives is to buy time in hope of buyer changing his mind. Creating a long refund date to ease off his cash flow and have the product upfront enticing buyer to reconsider refund while the actual time comes. If purchasing takes such a hustle to process, I can't imagine the warranty claim period.
