it looks like your company fully collapse once the head is not in town. that's not a good practice, in another words, bad leadership. simple task of handling orders shouldn't require the head to be around. to make matter worst, while it all falls apart, not a single notification was updated to customer assuring company's awareness.
what i see here, TS is not mad of your delivery failure, but your prolong ignore and silence. i myself would understands nothing goes perfect, but keeping customer in the dark...that's a non-tolerant and inexcusable behavior.

Even banks does not take this long to refund from any transactions process and banks are one of the worst in terms of duration when it comes to reversal of payment process. His motives is to buy time in hope of buyer changing his mind. Creating a long refund date to ease off his cash flow and have the product upfront enticing buyer to reconsider refund while the actual time comes. If purchasing takes such a hustle to process, I can't imagine the warranty claim period.

- please explain why u never appear when we set a appoitment ?
- why u giving fake company name/warehouse claim that the warehouse belong to u ?

- when request refund u send me the refund number, i request take a photo as a proof on the system, make sure u have a REAL system to cancel and the number is real (why u cannot do that?)

Bro, he's playing u like a fiddle. U need to move on to the next step. Give him and yourself a dateline and work on your next step. The way I look at it, it's going nowhere. Do whatever you need to do to resolve this case. U are being played.
