I believe that forumer you mentioned is the one doing COD? Since it's COD you have no choice but to settle his case immediately, unlike us who do postage that gave you the chance to treat us like a fool.
Patience only for valid reason. If you don't have ready stock and tell the buyer you have, and end up let the buyer wait for 2 weeks, then again it's your fault because you're a liar. So buyer have all the right to file 1 or 10 police report against you and call you a scammer.
There's no moral of this story except for how a conman, a scammer, a liar, an irresponsible seller try his best to bring the victim around the garden hoping to confuse him. Also is it because the market outside is bad that's why you start to con people? Overcharge is one thing, but if you overcharge and did not deliver on time or deliver the right thing then you're a scammer.
Your refund process policy is never explained to your customer prior to the purchase. Also I though is 7 days? Now it extend to 14 days? Is that due to bad economy?
The way you solve my issue is horrible enough that until now still not resolve.
