Item being sold/bought: xiaomi mipad2 64gb gold windows version

- bought mipad2 full payment 16/4/2016

- then info me need to order and sent out on 25/4/2016 until now whatpps no reply no tracking number.

- so call refund cases person in charge just close my phone without answer proper question (even i talk nicely)

- i bank in to LEE KUAN MENG.

26/4/2016 - 3.27pm -
suddenly reply:

Hi all, i am suntzulee the OP or founder of etrade online. first of all my sincere apology. Yesterday i just touched down klia from da nang city. I saw this thread. Pls give me some time. I will upload the whatsapp conversation between xiaomi careline with yeongooi here.

We know how frustrated and upset customer will be when we fail to deliver as promised. Again my sincere apology. I have replied to yeongooi that his case no is 8288. what he needs to do is to whatsapp Michael for refund process.

From now onwards, i will try to explain to all forumers that we already put up the instruction on our first page and we need to follow for both buyer and seller. Again yeong ooi case is our fault. (in reading), pls whatsapp and communicate with michael so he can expedite your refund.

We are still upgrading our system tracking and we are just human but not god. we makes mistakes, we repent, we fix thing, we learn.

it looks like your company fully collapse once the head is not in town. that's not a good practice, in another words, bad leadership. simple task of handling orders shouldn't require the head to be around. to make matter worst, while it all falls apart, not a single notification was updated to customer assuring company's awareness.
what i see here, TS is not mad of your delivery failure, but your prolong ignore and silence. i myself would understands nothing goes perfect, but keeping customer in the dark...that's a non-tolerant and inexcusable behavior.
