This is why I say he have personality disorder. He's so confuse of his own action right now.

He wanted to do one thing but his other self stop him.

Really hope the case can be settle soon. I feels your frustration in this, everyone of us do with his replies.

so I have confirmation that this account in lyn belongs to the founder of etrade online. and as in the 2nd paragraph the boss/founder had already said to WhatsApp Michael for refund process. so I can take it that the boss has already confirmed to refund to mr yeong.

again the boss confirmed that another alternative is to request full refund. and also obliged to refund to mr yeong. if there is problems with the kastam and beyond your control. you could simply get a mipad from another distributor but of course you could be selling at a loss. the point here is to keep your honour and integrity. asking the buyer to be patient while your stock arrives when you stated ready stock is misleading. why not you take 3 deep breathes and closes your eyes. he is not tarnishing your name but you yourself who is doing what you can to tarnish your own name

I don't think you understand anything. mr yeong has clearly said he wanted a full refund and your boss agreed to it. so do just that. today is the deadline apis has given and you yourself is the one prolonging this drama.

refund to mr yeong his money by today as it was agreed upon mr yeong and suntzulee the boss of etrade

I have never seen such irresponsible seller before who keeps on pushing away his responsibility to so-called different persona in the same account.

As far as I concerned:
1. buyer shall have the right to sue for damages for non-delivery from the seller's negligence. [s.57 of sale of goods act]
2. seller is bound to deliver the product in accordance to the terms of sale. (to deliver on or before 25/4/16) [s.33]

Clearly, the seller had breached the contract of sale.

Just bring this case to the police or the court. Exercise your rights as a consumer.
