As people asked before, how many people using this account of suntzulee. At first, it's suntzulee, then Michael. Who next? Aaron , Brandon, Calvin? Just settle current issues. How long you want to drag this kind of issue

Why is there a refund word in sentence number 3

Why is there a refund process takes 14 working days in sentence number 4

And for number 5 the phone hasn't reached the ts yet from the date you promise, hence you should initiate the refund process

Sold so unable to refund, but that is kind of a stupid excuse, since i have read that the ts even went to meet your family Michael but he was not there

You are selling when the product is not in your hand?

so I have confirmation that this account in lyn belongs to the founder of etrade online. and as in the 2nd paragraph the boss/founder had already said to WhatsApp Michael for refund process. so I can take it that the boss has already confirmed to refund to mr yeong.

again here it wrote please WhatsApp Michael for refund. and another note, I read that you are selling the mipad and stated ready stock but from here it will take a week or two to reach Malaysia which means its not ready stock as stated.

again the boss confirmed that another alternative is to request full refund. and also obliged to refund to mr yeong. if there is problems with the kastam and beyond your control. you could simply get a mipad from another distributor but of course you could be selling at a loss. the point here is to keep your honour and integrity. asking the buyer to be patient while your stock arrives when you stated ready stock is misleading. why not you take 3 deep breathes and closes your eyes. he is not tarnishing your name but you yourself who is doing what you can to tarnish your own name

I don't think you understand anything. mr yeong has clearly said he wanted a full refund and your boss agreed to it. so do just that. today is the deadline apis has given and you yourself is the one prolonging this drama.

refund to mr yeong his money by today as it was agreed upon mr yeong and suntzulee the boss of etrade
so any staff or Michael or whatsoever have no final say in this as it is agreed upon by the boss

funny thing is
the boss left Malaysia cause scamming people
but left the company in the hands of new staff name Michael

someone should tell Michael that his boss wont pay him salary cause his boss a scammer
