i was granted RM15 on 15/7 after sending email to cs, my transaction time was 12:10am

I topped up kipplepay on 1st June.
Until now, haven't received any Cashback.
Anyone is same with me?

Didnt try for may but many complaints about not getting it.
For june i already got rm15 cb credited on 10July.

Yes, topup Shopee pay on 1st June, no cashback. Already email to Aeon customer service, waiting for reply.

I topped up on 1st May Shopee pay. Didnt get. Then topped up kipplepay on 1st June also didn't get. But my friend topped up Shopee pay on 1st may and 1st June. And he got Cashback for June.

How u guys r paying your AEON cc payment which is due on 30July(Friday)?
Have been paying by IBG to Citibank on the due day except by cash last month.
So is it safe to pay by M2U bill payment 1 working DAY b4 due date?

I use OCBC bank to pay. I believe the payment takes 3 working days to appear in the transaction history.

Yesterday tried paying Aeon CC using IBG via Citibank but amount refunded just now.
So looks like have to use bill payment method.

I have been using the classic m2u portal n IBG via Citibank method until last month when this method failed.
When it failed again this time, I switch to the m2u bill payment way and payment credited the next day, faster than the previous method.
The only thing that I have never tried is using the Modern m2u web n IBG. Will try it next month.
