The letter that we received for 6 digits number is TPIN ?? But not temporary PIN in order for us to change new PIN ??

Yup, this is what I thinking too.

After that I have changed to New PIN from Aeon ATM.

However, during the time I called CS, request to key in 6 digits PIN, the New PIN has failed 3 times 

Totally no idea what is the PIN that phone system requested.

I have tried to pay my AEON BIG VISA recently via posonline, but it did not pop up the verification pages after I done all the information required, and straight ask me go to the transaction history to check the status.
However, when I click the get status, it just show me unsuccessful transaction.
I had call the posonline and they don know what is he problem, may I know do you guys have experience before?

Is Aeon Big the only grocery store that has paywave feature? I rarely see other store has this paywave enabled device.

Even these merchants got the paywave terminals. But they still implemented minimum amount to pay with paywave?

I believe that is the minimum amount to be able to pay by credit card, hence the same minimum would apply for paywave

I would prefer this way. I hope banks will allow us to input PIN for any amount using PayWave.

Update on my 2 missing transactions from 15/9:

E-mailed Pos Online yesterday, and today they are both showing up in AEON Credit online, transaction date 15/9, posting date 20/9.

I would recommend people using POS Online to pay AEON to monitor transactions carefully. Although they issue eventually gets resolved (just need to e-mail), I dread to think what would happen if we didn't notice and monitor ourselves.

It seems the idea was to delay payment like a month later?

Of course paying with Aeon Big will result in loss of 0.12% and further lowering the net CB of online CC

But if delayed payment can be used or parked in a short term FD and gain few bucks which is higher value than the loss here, then i should be worth it.

Hi , recently I just activate my New Aeon gold card, it cancelled my WAtami credit card afterward.

The problem come out, I havent pay my outstanding balance for watami card(the statement already out), so, should I just pay the amount to new credit card or cancelled watami card?

thats the problem, i saw from aeon on9 banking, my watami was in "CAncelled“ status.

Aeon has updated their website, and it certainly looks nicer to me.

Early of this month I have received a SMS that indicated certain amount has charged to my Watami card however, the card I have cancelled.

Called to vertify, CS told me the card has already been cancelled and no pending amount to be charge. don't know why got such SMS

I called up CS they said it is system problem on their new website. So the amount was actually transferred but somehow reflected as (0.00)..
