Will conversion rate be 1 AEON Watami CC BonusPoint = 1 AEON Member Points ?

Anyone who selected not to convert, manage to transfer watami points to other aeon cards?

Credit cards like PBB VS, UOB VOX and CIMB CR Platinum, all failed?

Suffice to say, looks like they've been alerted to the loophole and that door has now been firmly shut.

Collected my Aeon Gold Visa as the Watami replacement just now. Have not yet activated it thinking of the risks of losing the points in Watami.

Normally how long the posonline payment will show under unbilled transaction?

I have 3 transactions, totalling RM400 on 2nd July which have not been posted. Subsequent transactions on 3, 4 and 5 July all posted one day after transaction date.

Am really anxious! 

Wonder if it's a POSONLINE issue (for not transferring) or AEON CREDIT issue (for not recording)?

Look forward to hearing success stories from anyone who's managed to resolve this missing transaction issue.

Which email did you sent to posonline CS? My payment on 1st july and 2nd July still not posted in aeon. Anyone face that too?

my case still no news, my Aeon credit card payment due date 2.7.16 ,
balance RM2500+ (paid on 29.6.16) gone "missing" at Posonline,
awaiting for posonline to revert that amount to Aeon., dont know how long it will take,
so i decided to pay again.

Tested 2 small amount at Posonline on 4.7.16 and it appeared in Aeon on 5.7.16.
Instead of waiting, i paid up the balance 2nd time.

Hopefully got excuse to waive late payment penalty and
claim back excess RM2500+ overpayment from Aeon.

i have received aeon big card last month

then i noticed that for aeon big card...rm2 spending only get 1point
now i want to change to aeon mastercard which gives 1point for rm1 spending

Yes, I was assigned a case number before Raya but no further response or update since then. It seems like the department doing the investigation is separate from the general feedback email team (which is quite responsive, but unable to do anything).

For now I'm holding off making further payments. Hate to admit it, but this is a case of me being too gung ho with the cashback craze. From now on I'll stick to the more conventional ways of earning cashback. I'm treating this as a very very expensive lesson learned.

Good luck to everyone else waiting for a resolution, especially those with large missing amounts. Will be interesting to find out the root of the  problem.

After email them last weekend, my 5th July payment posted today in Aeon account. For those still facing missing payment from posonline, pls email them at care@pos.com.my and provide following info for fast processing.

1. Customer Full Name
2. Contact Number
3. Type of bill
4. Bill number
5. Account number
6. Transaction id
7. Name of Bank
8. Copy of bill

Yesterday send bt application by email to aeon.

Today 1pm no received email acknowledgement, decide to call the best aeon CS,Mr IEE to check.he engaged.

3min later he call back,tell me he already know what my intention for calling in.WOW! say he already received my email and ptocessing will call me soon.

True indeed, within 1 hour received call from n confirm bt.3 hour later received sms bt approved
Relli hope anyone who have received Mr.IEE service b4 also write in to aeon and compliment him.he deserved it.

because i submitted my application about 2 weeks ago, all documents requested i already provided as well....but until today...status is still under processing...

Eh Aeon Gold card has annual fee for primary and supplementary? I didn't see the word waived in ringgitplus.

Just checking, have you experienced to call Aeon CS and key in PIN request via system before talk to human ?

I have changed the PIN too, few days ago I did call to CS, voice system request for PIN verification, and the New PIN that I key in was unsuccessful for 3 times.

Question: do we need to type the initial PIN or the New PIN ??
