Just curious.... Is RM 720 psf consider quite high in the current market???

I paid a visit on last Saturday, I don't think is 30% sold and it appears to be 20% with stickers. (If stickers convey to the sell)...

In addition, anyone know what is the LCD screen at the entrance of the show unit? Is that the security home system?

I&p never concern on the sale

all the while is buyers looking for them, they dont ever bother to hire external sale person.

they are cash rich & they can sell man man lai .

not anymore....their projects almost all kabut
LCLY can only applied during boom time...they are very deseprate for sales now
anyway....inp can never do good on highrise strata

Went to their sales office and noticed that there are a lots unit still not taken yet. 700psf before 5% discount and bare unit...4 air conds given if I not mistaken. Prices almost like BJ nearby pavilluon 2. Still thinking want to take one unit not. Surrounding not bad, a big giant downstairs and bk5 station almost door steps. Just one thing I don't really keen which is electric and water is follows commercial rate. Heard that 8 Kinrara submitted to follow residential but failed. Any expert to share your thoughts?

When the LRT station make announcement it can be heard quite loudly. Besides there is loudspeaker next to SMK seksyen 4. On another note, foot paths have been built by developer for walking to shops, giant etc

Wonder what is occupancy rate of 8 kinrara and rental yields
Also note there will be influx of condo units along kinrara army camp road...thousands of units

Agree. Their Denai Sutera service apartment nearby is a good testimony. InP can't sell out all units. There are more than 50% unsold yet. Wondering there will be enough maintainance fee collected each monthy to sustain monthly expenses.

went to the inp office the other day, the agents are taking registration for qaseh 2 semi d. starting at 2mil onwards.

construction progress looks okay.


asked about sp setia takeover. was told that the rebranding will be by year end. seem like they still launching. not sure sp setia takeover will have any impact on kinrar masterplan.

Any update to this development? Went over to I&P showroom recently. 2nd Block not even launch yet, and 1st block not even half taken up especially the North (LRT) facing units. Does anyone know why the take up for this development is so slow? In theory this is a good buy, 5 mins to LRT, opposite got Giant Kinrara and fast access to Puchong, Subang, Sunway & PJ to the West, and to the East Pavillion BJ, TPM, Seri Petaling & Serdang. Was told some ppl fear the Giant in front may be torn down one day and a high-rise built, blocking the whole North view. There is also another plot of empty land next to 10 Kinrara (west side) that could be either another service apartment or low cost flat. Since there are already 2 service apartments in that area i.e. 8 Kinrara (already built) and 10 Kinrara, its likely to be a low cost apartment? Not likely to be office block i think. Anyone got any opinions on this one?

Price is relatively attractive, around RM500k for 600+sq feet units and RM650k for 900 sq feet units. Freehold sumore. But slow moving.
