My sister bought one unit recently, they allocate two car parks which are shared with visitors??? ridiculous. No car barrier, no CCTV, park at your own risk. When SP Setia sales agent talk to us, she said that all the owner car parks from 1st floor to 7th floor which are guarded by CCTV and barrier (need access card to open). When we complaint to management office, they ask to call customer service. Then customer service pass the ball to project manager...Such a big company....doing like that. Anyone know how to complaint? like consumer tribunal court or something like that which are related to property?
