Any update to this development? Went over to I&P showroom recently. 2nd Block not even launch yet, and 1st block not even half taken up especially the North (LRT) facing units. Does anyone know why the take up for this development is so slow? In theory this is a good buy, 5 mins to LRT, opposite got Giant Kinrara and fast access to Puchong, Subang, Sunway & PJ to the West, and to the East Pavillion BJ, TPM, Seri Petaling & Serdang. Was told some ppl fear the Giant in front may be torn down one day and a high-rise built, blocking the whole North view. There is also another plot of empty land next to 10 Kinrara (west side) that could be either another service apartment or low cost flat. Since there are already 2 service apartments in that area i.e. 8 Kinrara (already built) and 10 Kinrara, its likely to be a low cost apartment? Not likely to be office block i think. Anyone got any opinions on this one?

Price is relatively attractive, around RM500k for 600+sq feet units and RM650k for 900 sq feet units. Freehold sumore. But slow moving.
