Current economy and market demand, will take cheaper unit.
Cautious in selecting unit direction.
Like Havre all hantam non-facing HTC.

Established developer might not give good quality, new player might deliver quality to build up status and name. rclxub.gif

Yes bro, but every year there are new graduates and more people staying in KL.
Suddenly buyer has so many new condos to choose and bargain.
Pro is walking distance to mall, i don't need to drive and jam with people.
I just walk across for makan, jalan jalan and grocery.

Rental may be 1800-2500??

Like in Wangsa Maju/Setapak also lots of condo but still surviving and more condo in progress.
Rental also so so lar.

Just visited the 10 Kinrara Sales Gallery today. This is the sales chart as of today (Some still pending loan or reserve which still have yet to be confirmed). Apparently, I&P had only launched Tower A for sales. Tower B still has not launched yet. The sales for Tower A looks like only less than 30% which is crucial for the developer in making profit for this development. I reckon their selling price of RM700 psf average may be too high for the investors or even for own-stay-owners to digest.

10kinrara is the most expensive highrise in kinrara enclave?

but i&p sik pao mai pao.
bet they will just hold it until economy catches up for them to move the units eventually.
