Agree. Their Denai Sutera service apartment nearby is a good testimony. InP can't sell out all units. There are more than 50% unsold yet. Wondering there will be enough maintainance fee collected each monthy to sustain monthly expenses.all the while is buyers looking for them, they dont ever bother to hire external sale person.
