The location is quite strategic and convenient. It is walking distance to Giant, BK5 LRT station and shop lots. Anyone know how much is the rental in this area?

is the utility tariff (Electric / Water) with Commerical rate or Resident rate either 8 or 9 Kinrara?
So that could have an idea what 10 Kinrara will be.

fr their sales office...got shorwoom now showing 800++ n 1000++ sqft show unit....only two types shown....n the model is in their sales office lo....

5% discount + 3% early bird if sign S&P within this month?? (forgot actual timeframe)

no sticker game...no pre-booking...need to choose unit n sign S&P within one week like that....

i think they have like 5 or 6 sizes to choose from...and as always..smaller units higher price/sqft....larger ones i think 700++.
Anyway..not cheap....location is great but would consider buying landed there for that pricing .....
