what is the calling block?
1 minutes?

call 1 second will also charged as 1 minutes cost?

Still 30days airtime validity regardless of topup amount. Those 10days & 20days validity u see on the website are only applied for free bonus data upon topup... like 100mb x 10days for rm10 topup, and 200mb x 20days for rm20 topup. So it's a nice deal... rm10 only & u got 30days validity + 1gb fast 10days + 500mb fast monthly + 1gb basic + free calls to all redone prepaid numbers. Also cheaper 16sen/minute off-net calls.

im planning to work in sg. planning to port my number to redone rm8 and use roaming there to receive sms (especially from bank).
question:
1. will i be charged when i receive sms to my number?
2. should i need to activate the roaming feature?

if your only reason is to receive TAC from bank, I know cimb & maybank can send tac via mobile apps. No need for sms.

I want to terminate third number redone. May i knw the procedure. Do i need to cancel all the line then to re-register for the first line(Master) and second line(Sub) as i want to terminate the third line(Sub)

1. Main line - Master (Remain)
2. Sub line (Remain)
3. Sub line (Terminate)

No need... Just visit any redone shop & fill in the termination form for that number only. If still in contract, pay extra RM50.

There is a chat function from the redone CS itself, asking from some agents sometime giving us different answers of each.
