After the disaster upgrading of careline/hotline since 1st February, the lines are up today. However, lack of personal covering the careline supports team leads to catastrophic failure of RedONE...
I was put on hold for 3:36 minutes with disconnection result in the end. Their tagline now is "RedONE, we'll ensure your face turning RED in ONE minute"...LOL...
