I am using a rm19 clear case from lelong .. Nice fit with all the plugs covering the ear jack and USB .. Quite a snug fit for a cheap case smile.gif

Care to share the link ? I saw a few on lelong but none of the cheaper ones had plus covering the ear jack and usb...

which is is thicker since you have both?

And which one do you prefer....rugged armor - is it all silicon or does it have plastic ?

Hi guys, I just received my mocha brown phone bought from gem5. Now, I'm looking for a case. Any recommend case for this phone?

Best casing for me.. Used on note 5 and mate 8.

Nillkin nature tpu rclxms.gif slimmest, slickest and also cheap. Rm25 or so only.

i used nillkin nature before - very slim yes - but not really much protection ya.. the hump on the camera is also no high enough I think to protect the camera - and after a while the cap for the usb charger hole will not close properly or keeps sticking out - but for that price i think you can buy a new one hahaa

Yup. Only issue with it is it turns yellow after 3 months usage or so.

I ordered on Wednesday and received it on Friday, so about 2 working days I think.

its more to silicon but hard silicon. both has same thickness.

Nilkin case is hard case right? Not TPU type is it?
I'm looking for TPU case that can absorb drop impact.
Currently considering either choose ringke or spigen case.

Nilkin nature is soft and very thin...not so good protection in my opinion..they have hard case as well but dont think it covers the bottom and top of the phone....

I'm thinking of Spigen right now

Just to clarify, nillkin tpu has minimal protection. It wont absorb shocks. Its just a tpu layer over ur phone. I use it cuz its thin and feels like holding the phone naked.

if u wan shock absorption, go for spigen/ringke.

Guys , just dropped my mate 8 with usb cable plugged in. The micro usb port is now abit loose. bangwall.gif

Connectivity still ok though, won't get disconnected or can't detect etc. Should I and can I make a warranty claim on this? lol
