u know , i should consider 1 more week then only buy this lappy, kinda regret now coz playing game it will freeze for unknown reason. then after i bought i only find out cache does effect a lot when converting. And the left hand part i felt hot, uncomfortable

Could Somebody here help me! I'm stuck at the driver installation of my Campaq Presario V3412TU.

I follow and download all the driver from the HP website.. and i manage to install most of the driver successfully except for the "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" and "Modem Device on High Definition Bus".

I had try the few UAA Bus Driver Version (SP31994, SP32646, sp33566), audio driver(sp35682,sp33470,sp35662...),
modem(sp33890,ap33839,sp33340).. But i still can not install those 2 item....

I Really duno Y?? Is it caused by my OS???

Below is my OS information -

Microsoft Window XP Profesional Version 2002 Service Pack 2, v.2055.

Can anyone here can list all the neccessary driver list JUST for the V3412TU model only??

Vista is notn like XP. When you run a program, it will load it to the memory; for Vista, it will use it's own intelligence and place some frequently used program's files into the memory, so the loading will faster. That's why all the time around 50% of RAM will be used.

DId you install the High Def b4 the sound card? The correct method is to install MS High Def patch before you install the audio driver.

If that doesn't work, please go to www.windowsupdate.com and download the latest hardware driver. the ones on HP site for my v3010 doesn't work (audio)

With Nvidia 6150.. the 3d benchmark ok ka.? i mean for normal gaming like playing Tiberium Wars and Colin Mcrae DiRT..

friends dont ever mention this kind of game play on this NGO6150 - cos this notebook is not for high extream gamming.....even we play on desktop with the Nvidia 7000 seies GC also laggy with the 1200 x 1024......with the medium setting. for DIRT totally not need to said.....cant even support on it. with the sound card.....and graphic card...even you mange to install when you launch the game will hang after the gam start at the menu screen. but this is DIRT compatible problem not the notebook problem.

Er.. okok.. not say im pushing my expectations now but im looking for a decent lappy which can play normal games like CS and warcraft is enough actually.. Dunno how good the 6150 performance..

purchase on a budget laptop and expect miracle is really LoL la
if really eye on gaming laptop, go for those at least have graphic accelator of 7600/8600 or X1600/X2600.

but for the wc3 and cs, I think should be no problem, since I tried to stress with Wc3, 1 vs 11 Players with cheat code, you know what, they keeep on attack me, but still the screen allow to control my armyyy

Huh? wao.. that kind of convert i really duno.. i mean is convert .mpg to .avi Reason to convert? To make it able to be played on some specified devices. Eg. Most of the people convert a movie to .rmvb in order to save more space.

High Def?? what is that?? i try the procedure like this: BUS Driver -> AUdio -> Modem ??? but really can't work.... can you provide me the link to or the item that i need to doenload from the windowsupdatE?????

my friend bought a V3501 and wished to install windows XP but after the windows XP setup (Press Enter to setup XP), then saying that no hard disk was found and asked for physical connection.

Called to HP helpdesk and they claimed that only Vista OS is allowed and XP is not allowed.

How it can be like that or I missed something?

I have made partition on the HDD and formatted... only when insert the XP CD and going to setup, then saying no hdd......
