HELP...

last time i have send my presario v3119 to HP service center and they required me to show the receipt.

but now my dvd writer cant detected by BIOS at all and The bad things is i lost the receipt.


Do u guy have same experience before?? is it i still can claim the warranty or i lost it ?????

the simple softwares are supported by vista while those advance programs like AutoCad needs the patch from the company itself...it all depends on what kind of program that u wanna install....

The warranty depends...if you buy from reseller..its better to send it to them...but if buy direct from hp..you will need the receipt..cause normally the resellers they keep your serial number...

i buy from reseller, and the problem is last time i send to repair . The reseller ask me take the receipt and show to HP service center in JB.

now damn headache for this problem.

try to ask the reseller to give you another receipt...they will have to...cause u buy from them

Hm. as from my research. The window vista got 32bit and 64 bit. Most of the program was in 32bit which mean that vista 32bit support most of the software and application. Even i tried to install old game such like starcraft or red alert 2 also playable. But it didnt got IPX driver which not convinient for me so i had change back to XP. Somemore for nowaday most of the program created also supported by vista. For now, there are too less program that created in 64bit.

Comparison:- 64bit game or application can run faster then 32bit IF the program it self was programmed in 64 bit and your hardware built in 64bit such as AMD 64bit.

Suddenly my lappy keyboard cant produce any any word when pressed on it the button"i" and "o" not work.. it make me panic and i continuosly press it suddenly it work back.. anyone encounter this before?

for this, i didnt go through of it, the vista32/64 i know because i was wondering why got 32 bit and 64 bit and i saw AMD 64bit(from the review it state to be better then intel due of its 64bit). Then only deciding to buy AMD for a try. U try google it la for quad

me oso..get back my laptop d..but the hp say check d and found no problem with the hardware woh...=.="

but now another problem...sometime the startup take up to 3-4 mins to load finish all the startup program...wtf...

(normally it took less than 1 min to finish load all)

I want to make sure that AMD power now driver can be installed and used on vista.
If it can not, then no use i buy a laptop that can only last 1 hour on battery right.
